In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

All financial transactions on 77j Casino are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise for crypto payment methods.

Deposits: 77j Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the User's 77j Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful authorization.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for standard methods. 77j Casino targets processing of GCash withdrawals within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operational hours. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content; scrape, index, or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or platform technology.

The 77j name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of 77j Casino. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media profiles, marketing materials, or search advertising — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77j Casino's total liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

77j Casino shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or the cost of procuring substitute services, arising from or related to platform use, regardless of whether 77j Casino had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77j Casino does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 77j Casino will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

77j Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform at 77j.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect User rights or obligations, 77j Casino will endeavor to provide advance notification through the platform or via the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the 77j Casino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree with any changes should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute between a User and 77j Casino arising from these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users should submit formal complaints to 77j Casino's support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute. 77j Casino will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavor to provide a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days.

Unresolved disputes that cannot be settled through direct negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit the User's right to raise a complaint with PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority.
